This little guy was a perfect choice of groom's cake for the rehearsal dinner held at the Charleston Maritime Center. The lobster is sculpted from devil's food cake. All items are edible including the corn, clam, and even the plate.
This is a to-scale replica of the Pineapple Water Fountain at Waterfront Park which was renamed for former Mayor Joe Riley.
